We were called one afternoon from the local restuarant in Begdale. The customer was particularly glad that he stumbled upon us because we turned out to be the third emergency locksmith business they had phoned, the others declining to assist. Our customer had gone out for a movie and dinner with his better half as it was their wedding anniversary. However it was only once they finished at the cinema that he realised he had lost their car keys. He said, "We rushed back into the complex and looked the place we were sitting down; however there were no keys in view. I consequently got an idea to search in the vehicle and I found them, in the ignition, but the door had self-locked." Our technician arrived promptly and a few moments later had the process done and the lock open. The now delighted couple were soon enough up and running.

I locked the keys inside Begdale:

The client in Begdale telephoned us with a frightful story as she had stepped in the garden to locate the mail and the front door had shut after her. However, what made this even worse was when she said "Help! I have left my key in the house and my baby is still inside." As you can imagine we sped over there and luckily road traffic was light.
